Well, it is, but if you can be patient for about 2 weeks, I have something keen to show you. MUCH quieter than the TX!

Sure would be nice to get one of those tanks… Shot count would suck.. but good for averge squirel hunt… unless walnuts are in season…lol.. My bet they are going to release an 18″ barrel condor w/ extended frame…

They currently use a shroud on the sport air and maybe they have enough balls to put the same on the condor now.

Gaylord once derided a Talon SS owner on his blog who had sent his gun back to AF for bunging his frame full of junk in an effort to quieten it down as he had read on those dastardly forums.
But NOW he has the answer?
Now I will admit I give Gaylord a hard time, he does a LOT of good work for airgunning and newbies and I actually read his blog every morning, I enjoy it in the way its presented to us (meaning I dont enjoy ripping everything he says apart) and find a lot of good info. But I’ll say in the best of school yard traditions.. “He started it !!!”

Is he going to invent some magical device that goes on the front of the gun that reduces muzzle blast? Or is he just gonna tell us what we already know about shrouds?

I read somewhere that the sporter is meant for club competition and future production has all been spoken for. It won’t be sold to the public in the next year or so. But don’t hold me to this. I’ve read so much crap I don’t remember most of them. 🙄
