Im pretty sure I remember pics of that gun on the TOG from WAY back when. The guy who had it did gun smithing in his spare time or even full time? I dont remember. Anyone with with a copy of the pics from TOG (mine died with an HD, cry) should have several pics of the gun and even the owner. Mostly on or around some truck.

Thanks for the info !

I coulda sworn I’d seen that gun before on TOG and it was owned by a quasi regular whose name escaped me…. guess I was wrong.

Well I could be wrong, but the gun does look identical. I wonder if it was an accessory kit available somewhere. I still havent found out where the Airforce Sniper decals come from.

I remember the gun but not the owner….I thought it was a regular also… 😕

It is a great looking gun for sure.

Who did you buy it from?

Richard Pollard in Maine, AKA TobyJoe88. He had it posted on American Airguns Classifieds.

Hmm, I wonder if this could be my rifle. When I received it, it had all the same mods except the scope. It has the exact same flashlight, stickers, muzzlebrake, grip, and buttpad on it. I removed the aluminum bar though. Even the picatinny rail under ths scope is the same.

I had to use a different length screw to accommodate an AR grip the way that I do it.

THanks JaHo!
nice looking rifle that you have!

Sturgell
You have a PM!

Have you emailed airforce and asked for one? They sell them for 10 or 15 bucks.

I lost my screws but the only thing I will have to do is pull mine off to get the right length and thread pitch. I would trade an ergo grip for a talon for a factory breech slide. I still need one of those damn things. I really wanna shoot some 22 cal pellets these 25s are getting expensive for little critters.

Hey man! Long time no talk. Yeah, you made my grip. I used to send everyone who asked me about mine to you, but I hadn’t heard from you for so long I started explaining to people how you did it.

Sturgell did an awesome job on mine. It just screwed right on there, it’s as stable as can be. Anyone who wants a new grip, but doesn’t want to do it yourself, talk to this guy. I don’t know what he’ll charge now, if he still does it, but mine was a great price. 🙂

Again, nice to have you around.

Welcome Sturgell,

Glad you found your way.

You should get one like this.

🙂 🙂 🙂

Can’t beat a foxbat!

Lama did I do that one? I did a few for people on TOG and one was a Foxbat. I still have a drawer full of stuff to build more.

The camo is this stuff:

I like it because it breaks up the outline of the gun, and makes it a little easier to hold onto in the cold here in Minnesota. Unfortunately it smells pretty strongly. I wonder if the critters in the woods can smell it as well as I can…
